SteelHaus Doors is committed to providing high-quality, custom-crafted doors that meet your specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, which are often made to order, we have established the following return policy:
1. 50% Deposit and Order Confirmation:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the production of your custom SteelHaus door.

Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive an order confirmation detailing your door's specifications, including dimensions, materials, and finishes. Please review this confirmation carefully.

Depending on the production progress, any changes to the order after the confirmation stage may incur additional costs and may not be possible.
2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Products:

If your SteelHaus door arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, please notify us within seven business days of delivery.

Photographic evidence of the damage or defect is required for assessment.

We will arrange for the repair or replacement of the damaged or defective door at no additional cost to you.
3. Returns for Custom Orders:

Due to the custom nature of our doors, returns for reasons other than damage or defects are generally not accepted.

Please ensure that all measurements and specifications are accurate before placing your order.

Because of the 50% non-refundable deposit, cancellations or returns due to customer error or a change of mind after the order confirmation will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Returns for Standard Stock Items (If Applicable):

If SteelHaus Doors offers any standard stock items, they may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition.

A restocking fee may apply.

The original 50% deposit for custom orders does not apply to these standard stock items.
